Since we moved into the house in August we have done some changes to make it a little more comfortable. The house was built in 1973 so of course there are going to be some things to fix. We had the carpet replaced downstairs and in the upstairs bedrooms. The rest of the house is a vintage chestnut laminate flooring. Over the weekend I worked on the front entry stairs. They are a lot harder then I anticipated, however they only need molding to finish them off. I tried tackling the yard yesterday which was a 4 hour job; trimmed a tree and mowed the lawn. We are enjoying the house and love Fort Collins.
